PROSPER - Kroger has purchased a third store site—this one on the east side of town on US 380.
Rosebriar Properties said it sold Kroger a site for a 123,000-sf store near the northwest corner of US 380 and Custer Rd. in its Prosper Plaza development.
The $45 million shopping center also includes a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center.
Kroger has already opened the first supermarket in Prosper at 1250 N. Preston Rd.
And Kroger has another store in the works in the Windsong Ranch development at US 380 and Gee Rd.
With almost 20,000 residents, Prosper is one of the fastest growing cities in North Texas.
