Lakewood on the Park office campus trades hands

​​​AUSTIN – ​​CapRidge Partners has acquired Lakewood on the Park, a 180,588-sf suburban office campus, from Equity Commonwealth.

Located at 700 Capital of Texas Hwy., the property features two three-story Class A office buildings on a nearly ten-acre site overlooking Bull Creek.

The property, built in 1998 by local developer HPI, received the 2012-13 TOBY Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association for the best low-rise suburban office park in the city.

The property was 77 percent leased at closing. Tenants include Centaur Technology Inc., Bulldog Solutions, and USA Southwest Inc.

HFF arranged $32.1 million in financing through Los Angeles-based Mesa West Capital. HFF also represented the seller in the transaction.
