HOUSTON – GWR Equities has acquired 16 apartment complexes, more than doubling its porfolio and expanding its reach beyond Texas.
The majority of the complexes are in the greater Houston region. Other complexes are in Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and other parts of Texas.
The 16 apartment complexes will be managed by GWR’s sister company, GWR Management, which plans to update the Class B properties.
GWR now owns and operates 26 buildings totaling 5,851 units.
