Office space planned for Valley View Mall acreage

​​DALLAS ​– Hillwood Urban has reached an agreement to develop 20 acres at the corner of LBJ Fwy. and Montfort Rd.

The property includes parking lots and the former Macy’s department store at Valley View Mall. Hillwood is designing an office project to house companies seeking 200,000 or more sf. 

EF Properties, which purchased the Macy’s store in 2013, will continue to own the land.
