HOUSTON – Locally based NewQuest Properties will break ground on two self-storage developments this fall.
The facilities will each be 70,000 to 80,000 sf with 500 to 800 units, gated on three to five acres.
They will be located at Brazos Town Center at the junction of I-69 and FM 762 in Rosenberg and Windcliff Town Center at Jones Rd. and Cypress North Houston Rd.
