​​​AUSTIN – ​​​Bridge at South Port LLC has purchased Oslo Apartments at 6808​ S I-35.​

Oslo has 176 units with studios, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans. The property was upgraded in 2014-15.

Exterior improvements included pool resurfacing, boiler upgrades, programmable thermostats, landscaping, outdoor lighting, solar screens, replacement of some siding, and full exterior painting.

Muskin Commercial represented the sellers. AMP Management represented Bridge at South Port and will be managing the property.
