EL PASO – Locally based Transload Forwarding has signed a long-term, 124,436-sf lease at 9600 Pan American Dr.
The new location will be used to support Transload Forwarding’s logistics, custom brokerage, and warehousing operation services.
CBRE represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
