PEARLAND – Academy Sports + Outdoors will anchor The Center at Pearland Parkway II—a 108,343-sf expansion to the shopping center that opened in fall 2014.
Ralph Tullier, Stream managing director of retail, said new tenants will be similar to those in The Center at Pearland Parkway, which includes retailers and restaurants, such as Petco, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx and Panera Bread.
Along with the nearly 63,000-sf Academy, the first Phase 2 tenants are expected to open in fall at the northwest intersection of FM 518 and Pearland Parkway.
The Center at Pearland Parkway II will mirror the existing development with restaurants closer to Pearland Parkway in front of retailers.
Within one mile of the center, there are more than 370 businesses with approximately 3,700 employees in addition to the 23,974 households within a three-mile radius of the center.
