EL PASO - Transload Forwarding, a local supply chain solutions company, has signed a long-term, 124,436-sf lease at 9600 Pan American Dr.
The new location will be used to support Transload Forwarding’s logistics, custom brokerage and warehousing operation services.
Arturo De la Mora and Chad McCleskey, with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics division in El Paso, represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
According to CBRE Research, the El Paso industrial market was 8.4 percent vacant at the end of 1Q 2016.
