DALLAS - A lease totaling 40,863 sf on two floors within McKinney & Olive has been signed by real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield.

The 20-story tower is expected to open summer 2016.

With the Cushman & Wakefield lease, McKinney & Olive is 88 percent leased three months before the tower is expected to open.

The leasing velocity shows the demand for high-quality buildings with great design, said John Zogg, Crescent's managing director overseeing the leasing of McKinney & Olive.

The 20-story, 530,000-sf office tower is the first building in Dallas designed by Cesar Pelli's award-winning firm, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects.
