East Shore ‘lands’ 59-unit townhome development

​​THE WOODLANDS – Waterway Landing, an upcoming 59-unit townhome development, is slated to begin construction in East Shore in September.

The development is adjacent to the East Shore Clubhouse and will feature a variety of floor and site plans, said Worth Witmer, co-founder of Waterway Builders, the company building and developing the project.

The townhomes will be four stories with 18 units situated along the Waterway.

Floor plans range from 2,835 sf to more than 4,528 sf.

In addition to proximity to the Waterway, residents will have access to the East Shore Clubhouse and two pocket parks in the community.

Twelve units have already been sold in the community.
