THE WOODLANDS – Construction is slated to start this September on Waterway Landing, a 59-unit townhome development adjacent to the East Shore Clubhouse.
The townhomes will be four stories with 18 units situated on the waterway. Floor plans range from 2,835 to over 4,528 sf.
Waterway Builders is developing the project. Twelve units in the community have already been sold.
