Solana office buildings trade hands

WESTLAKE – Two of the original buildings in the 30-year-old Solana business park are being sold to Alabama-based Harbert Management.

The Plaza at Solana office buildings, located on SH 114 and Solana Blvd., contain more than 300,000 sf and were designed by award-winning architect Ricardo Legorreta. The buildings are over 90 percent leased.

HFF marketed the buildings on behalf of owners Blackstone Group and its affiliate Equity Office Properties.​
