Supply chain Wesco Aircraft leases 308K SF in Northlake

​NORTHLAKE, DENTON COUNTY - Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. has signed a lease for 309,357 sf w​ithin Northport 35 Business Center​.

Wesco Aircraft is a distributor and provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry. 

Northport 35 Business Center is a three‐building 945,035-sf industrial development that was largely completed last year at 4250 Dale Earnhardt Way​ ​

According to previous news, the campus is located near the Union Pacific and BNSF rail lines, Alliance Airport and the BNSF intermodal facility.

The center benefits from a host of logistical amenities in the immediate area and one of the lowest taxing jurisdictions in Texas.
