​​​HOUSTON – Locally based Moody National Cos. has purchased Le Renaissance ​apartments with plans to redevelop the site for mixed-use.

Moody will operate the 164-unit complex, located on 4.5 acres at 970 Bunker Hill Rd., short term before working on office and retail space on the site.​

Le Renaissance was built in 1968 and underwent a major renovation in the early '90s. 

The seller, Texas Pinnacle Apartments, was represented by Transwestern.​
