DALLAS – Another downtown Dallas tower is adding to its parking inventory.

Fortis Property Group, which owns the 36-story Harwood Center office high-rise at Harwood and Bryan St., plans to build a new parking garage to serve the tower.

The parking garage will be on the west side of Harwood Center at St. Paul and Federal St.

The garage will include seven levels of parking, according to permits filed with the city.

Fortis Property Group has owned Harwood Center since 2006.
In 2013, Jacobs Engineering became the largest tenant in the building, consolidating over 350 workers into the downtown tower.

Dallas provided $300,000 in economic incentive grants to help pay for the 81,000-sf office deal with Jacobs.
