DALLAS – The newly-completed 18-story KPMG Plaza has been purchased by a firm funded by two South Korean lenders—Nonghyup Bank and Shinhan Bank.
Located across the street from the Meyerson Symphony Center, the nearly 500,000-sf building is the first phase of Craig Hall's Hall Arts development.
It is substantially leased to businesses such as accounting firm KPMG, UMB Bank, Jackson Walker LLP, and Spencer Stuart.
Civitas Capital Group represented the buyer. The sale did not include the underground parking garage, which is controlled by the city.
