Lakeview Villas breaks ground this summer

​​​NEW BRAUNFELS – San Antonio-based Koontz Corp. will break ground in July on the 313-unit Lakeview Villas Apartment Homes.

The Class A community will sit on 14.59 acres at the intersection of Sundance Pkwy. and FM 306 within the Sundance Park development near the Gruene Historic District. 

The project will have nine three-story buildings. One- and two-bedroom units will range from 653 to 1,239 sf. Rents will be from $960 to $1,495 per month.

Completion is slated for March 2018.
