Jaguar, Land Rover dealership parking in Grapevine

​GRAPEVINE –​​ Park Place Dealerships will build an auto sales center on eight acres on the south side of SH 114 near Texas Trail Pkwy.

The company plans to move its Jaguar dealership from Plano and add the Land Rover brand to its offerings. ​

A two-story, LEED-certified facility will have 30 service bays, 12 make-ready bays, and a showroom that can accommodate up to 12 new vehicles. A nine-car service drive and a 2,800-sf carwash will also be included.

Construction will begin immediately and finish in time for a spring 2017 opening.

Dallas-based GFF is the architect. Hill & Wilkinson is the general contractor.
