Work to start on 340-Unit Modera Hall Street in Dallas

​DALLAS – The Modera Hall Street located at Hall St. and Munger Ave., a block off Ross Ave. is a planned 340-unit apartment community. Work will start next week.

The apartment builder, Mill Creek Residential, just bought a block on the east side of downtown Dallas for its newest apartment community.

The more than $42 million project is across the street from where Kroger plans a new supermarket between Hall and US 75. It’s just blocks from the Arts District.

The Modera Hall Street apartments will take about 24 months to complete.

The first units will be ready in October of 2017.
