​​AUSTIN – ​​​Brandywine Realty Trust is planning a 25-story, 210,000-sf Class A office tower downtown.

Known as 405 Colorado, t​he 366-foot-tall building will have 3,000 sf of retail space and 12 floors of p​arking with 530 spaces. It will be on the northeast corner of Fourth and Colorado streets in the warehouse district.

The development team includes Brandywine, Dude | Paine Architects, Stantec for civil engineering, Brockette/Davis/Drake for structural engineering, Blum Consulting Engineering for MEP engineering, Austin Commercial for preconstruction work, and Land Use Solutions LLC for land entitlements consultation.
