AUSTIN – Brandywine Realty Trust is planning a 25-story, 210,000-sf Class A office tower downtown.
Known as 405 Colorado, the 366-foot-tall building will have 3,000 sf of retail space and 12 floors of parking with 530 spaces. It will be on the northeast corner of Fourth and Colorado streets in the warehouse district.
The development team includes Brandywine, Dude | Paine Architects, Stantec for civil engineering, Brockette/Davis/Drake for structural engineering, Blum Consulting Engineering for MEP engineering, Austin Commercial for preconstruction work, and Land Use Solutions LLC for land entitlements consultation.
