GEPAR: El Paso area home sales April 2016

​EL PASO - ​​The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) has released home sales data for April 2016.

Quick facts include:

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $124,000, up 4.2 percent from March 2016 to April 2016.
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 6.6 percent from March 2016 for an April 2016 total of 411 units sold. ​
