Old one sold: tenants moving to 10365 Railroad in El Paso

​​​​​​EL PASO – CBRE announced the sale of a 22,724-sf data center in El Paso on behalf of SourceHOV, a global provider of transaction processing solutions, strategic consulting and data analytics services.

El Paso investor Jason Barreras purchased the building at 2601 East Yandell.

The building will be available for lease to an office or flex user in June 2016.

“SourceHOV required additional space and parking that the current building could not provide,” said Rebecca Rojas with CBRE’s El Paso office​.

“We identified a better solution for their growth needs with a 26,000-sf lease at 10365 Railroad. The new location also offers room for additional expansion.”
