Wesco lands near Fort Worth, takes off with 309K-SF distribution center

​NORTHLAKE – A California-based aircraft parts and products firm has leased a distribution center north of Fort Worth.

Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. rented 309,357 sf at 4250 Dale Earnhardt Way in Northlake near I-35W.

The building is in the Northpoint 35 business center which Stream Realty is developing.

The new warehouse is to support the company’s growth in the area and will be completed later this year.

“The Northlake facility is a strategic, multi-commodity site that will allow us to gain further efficiency in our operations and meet our need for increased distribution capacity as we continue to grow our business,” Alex Murray, chief operations officer, Wesco Aircraft, said in a statement.
