GTAR: Tyler region home sales April 2016

​​​TYLER - The Greater Tyler Association of Realtors (GTAR) has released April 2016 home sales data.

Below is a sample of the entire report released May 10, 2016.

Quick facts include:

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $149,500, an ​8.2 percent decrease from March 2016 to April 2016.
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 5.2 percent from March 2016 for an April 2016 total of 331 units sold.
