Austin investor woos, wins Catherine

​​AUSTIN – Catherine Tower LLC, an affiliate of Christopher Commercial Inc., purchased The Catherine, a 19-story high-rise on the south side of Lady Bird Lake.

The 300-unit luxury property at 214 Barton Springs Rd.​​ delivered in 2015. It was developed and owned by a partnership of StreetLights Residential and Hunt Properties.
