Accruent leases 104,000 SF plus more Austin real estate transactions!

​​AUSTIN - ​Looking for more Austin area real estate news? Here are some recent large transactions that you may have missed:

• Software company Ac​cruent Inc. will consolidate its Austin headquarters in 104,448 sf at 3110 Esperanza Crossing in The Domain. The company has had offices at Braker Pointe II, 10801 N. MoPac Expressway and Quarry Oaks, 10900 Stonelake Blvd. Accruent should be moved into the new building by October.

• BNT Holdings LLC purchased about ten acres near I-35 and Suffield Dr. in Buda. 

• An unidentified investor purchased One Tech Plaza, a 55,044-sf property at 2113 Wells Branch Parkway.

• An unidentified investor purchased 2.5 acres at 12321 Waters Park Rd. near MoPac Expressway and Parmer Lane.
