​​KATY – The Houston-area retail scene has ascended to new heights.
Fort Worth-based Altitude Trampoline Park should open this summer in a 34,000-sf space at Crossing at Katy Ranch, a 130-acre mixed use development at I-10 and Katy Fort Bend Rd.

The Katy location will have more than 19,000 sf of trampolines, as well as two dodgeball courts, a foam pit, a Rockwall and a Trapeze Bar, according to a release.

The Crossing at Katy Ranch is roughly 70 percent leased, and more tenants should be announced soon. Along with Altitude

Trampoline Park, new tenants at the Crossing at Katy Ranch include:
•    Planet Fitness, which just opened a 20,000-sf gym
•    Bicycle World, which is leasing 10,000 sf
•    Blue Lion Day Spa, which is leasing 10,000 sf
•    Rustic Furniture, which is leasing 20,000 sf

Development of Crossing at Katy Ranch started in 2011 and wrapped up earlier this year. The mixed-use project includes retail, medical and restaurant space; 500 luxury apartment units; and an 150,000-sf office building.
