Four industrial buildings landing near DFW International

​​​​​COPPELL – Illinois-based ML Realty Partners LLC will build four warehouses in its Park West Crossing business park near Belt Line Rd. and I-635.

The 74-acre project already has four buildings totaling 300,000 sf. They are leased to eight tenants.

The next phase of development will add buildings ranging from more than 60,000 to more than 90,000 sf.​​​​
