Midway opens CityCentre office building, plans two more

​​HOUSTON – ​Midway Cos. has opened its fifth office building in the CityCentre mixed-use development and has a couple more in the works.

The two planned buildings, totaling 750,000 sf, will be built near I-10 as part of a northward expansion of CityCentre. Colvill Office Properties is handling leasing for those buildings.

The recently opened three-story, more than 200,000-sf building—CityCentre Five—is 75 percent leased. It’s at 825 Town & Country Way. It has 192,357 sf of Class A office space and 8,216 sf of retail and restaurant space.

CityCentre Five was designed by Kirksey Architecture and Munoz + Albin. Linbeck was the general contractor.
