SCHERTZ – Three is a charm for the third industrial development at the Titan Industrial Park.

Through a joint venture Atlanta developer Robinson Weeks Partners and Titan Development, the companies have plans for a 359,200-sf cross-dock distribution building for the 124-acre park.

The park is already home to two former industrial developments Robinson Weeks completed in 2014 and 2015.

Enterprise Industrial—Building III is expected to break ground summer 2016 and deliver spring 2017.

The facility will include 32-foot ceilings, cross-dock loading, nearly 70 dock doors, four loading ramps, and dedicated trailer parking.

Last month, Canada-based light manufacturing company Major Wire signed a 53,011-sf lease in Enterprise Industrial—Building I.

The transaction brought the 315,362-sf building up to 100 percent occupancy.

Within 60 days of completing the second in what will soon be a trio of buildings, Robinson signed a 40,000-sf lease with Wilsonart and an 80,000-sf lease with Berger Transport & Storage to bring the property up to 40 percent occupancy.
