The property is located at 9218 Balcones Club Dr., adjacent to the Balcones Country Club and near Spicewood Springs Rd. and US 183.

The complex offers one- and two-bedroom units that range in size from 464 sf to 1,150 sf.

Its 2016 appraised value is $30.6 million, according to the Travis Central Appraisal District.

Presidium Group LLC acquired the property from M & A Texas Balcones Ltd and is planning to make interior and exterior renovations.
