CYPRESS - More tenants were named for The Boardwalk at Towne Lake—a mixed-use development that sits on a man-made lake—in northwest Houston at Barker Cypress and Tuckerton Rd.

The Boardwalk, which is being developed by Caldwell Cos., features 150,000 sf of waterfront shops, offices and patio restaurants, as well as green space and several docks for residents’ boats.
New tenants include: Sam’s Boat Gulf Coast Kitchen, which will occupy 6,152 sf; Pure Barre Fitness Studio, which will occupy 1,550 sf; Laura’s Line Clothing Boutique, which will occupy 1,998 sf; Flying Vine Wine Bar, which will occupy 3,278 sf and The Cheese Bar, which will occupy 1,178 sf.
Future plans call for three additional retail, restaurant and office buildings as well as water taxis and a boutique hotel with a lakeside pool and bar. It’s scheduled to open this spring.
The Boardwalk is the first mixed-use development in Towne Lake, a 2,400-acre master-planned community anchored by a 300-acre lake.
