DALLAS - Billingsley Co. has hired a contractor to build the next office project in its booming Cypress Waters development.
The four-story, 225,000-sf office project will be built at 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd north of LBJ Fwy. and is projected to be finished in mid-2017.
Billingsley Co.’s Cypress Waters project is one of the fastest growing office campuses in North Texas.
The project just landed jeweler Zale Corp.’s new regional office and buildings are under construction for OneSource Virtual and CoreLogic.
Other major companies in Cypress Waters include 7-Eleven, Nationstar Mortgage, British Telecom, Meritage Homes, AMN Health care and Toyota Industries Commercial Finance.
