Goal! Property leased to Academy scores in San Antonio

​SAN ANTONIO – San Diego-based real estate investment trust Realty Income Corp. has acquired two single-tenant retail properties both of which are occupied by Academy Sports & Outdoors.

One is in San Antonio. Located at 2643 NW Loop 410, it is more than 70,900 sf.

The other retail property is located in Port Arthur. It is fully leased to the Texas-based sporting goods retailer.

Both properties were built in 2004.

While the selling prices were not disclosed, Retail Properties of America bought the store along Loop 410 for $7.2 million in July 2014, according to Real Capital Analytics.​​
