JBL’s Bluffs approved second time around

​​​​​GRAPEVINE – JBL Realty’s 454-unit multifamily project has been greenlighted for the city’s 185-acre Palmeiro tract.

Grapevine Bluffs will have three different home styles—apartments, carriage houses, and townhomes—and 31 floor plans ranging from 635 to 2,095 sf. 

​In February, both the city council and the planning and zoning commission turned down the project. JBL re-represented the project on April 19 with revisions. Changes included reducing the number of units from 472 to 454, rearranging the buildings, and adding more amenities and open space areas.
