WACO – The Sherwin-Williams Company is constructing a $39 million, 600,000-sf distribution facility on a 46-acre site at the Waco International Aviation Park.

The company currently occupies 440,000 sf in the city. It chose to remain in Waco because of an attractive incentive plan.

The expansion will allow the company to retain 264 permanent, full-time positions with room for additional growth.

NAI Robert Lynn, which has been working with Sherwin-Williams for nearly 30 years, represented the company in the transaction.
