Austin’s 75,000-SF Domain 5 delivers fully leased

AUSTIN - ​IT security firm Trend Micro has signed a lease to fully occupy the recently completed Domain 5.​ 

The 74,987-sf Class A office ​property is located at 2901​ Esperanza Crossing.

Trend Micro plans to move in by this coming fall. 

The three-story building is located within Austin’s tech corridor with access to more than 100 retailers, five hotels, 2,000 apartments and more than 30 restaurants.

The property also sits adjacent to a nine-acre central park. 

The property was developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group.
