TYLER - Greater Tyler Association of Realtors (GTAR) has released March home sales data.

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $142,000, down 5.3 percent from February 2015.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 68.7 percent from February 2015 with 393 sold units.
• Condos increased in price to $151,400, up 21.1 percent from February 2015.
• Existing condo sales increased 0.0 percent in March 2015 with three sold units.
