​​FORT WORTH – Carter Distribution Center—a 615,005-sf Class A warehouse—has been snapped up by Dallas-based real estate investment firm Sealy & Co.

The property, which is leased to FedEx, sits on 27 acres of land at 6601 Oak Grove Rd. in southern Fort Worth, near the intersection of I-20 and I-35W.
Sealy stated that the tenant size, quality of the building and age of the facility complement’s the firm’s portfolio strategy.
The distribution facility was built in 2008 and is served by rail through the Union Pacific Rail line and the Fort Worth Western Rail Road.
Recently, CBRE brokers said the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market is remaining strong, even as some believe the property type is reaching its peak in the cycle.
