ROBSTOWN – Toys R Us, a Kay Jewelers outlet, and a Brooks Brothers factory store are the three newest stores unveiled as future tenants of the outlet mall slated to open in fall 2016.
The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay announced the trio’s addition to the now-six store lineup.
They will join Express, Guess, and Skechers at the mall.
The rest of the stores—expected to number about 75—will be announced in the months leading up to a November 3, 2016 grand opening.
The outlet mall is also expected to announce a lineup of food trucks that will serve as the food court sometime in fall 2016.
A second phase of the project, expected sometime next year, will likely include a permanent food court, and a hotel and a movie theater and more shopping space are possibilities for that development.
The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay is located at the intersection of I-69 and Highway 44, adjacent to the Richard Borchard Regional Fairgrounds.
Corpus Christi’s downtown beaches, the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, and Schlitterbahn are all within easy reach of the center.
