AUSTIN – American Realty Advisors has sold ALARA Cantebrea Crossing and ALARA Canyon Creek, two Class A apartment communities totaling 732 units.
The properties are low-density residential communities located along FM 620 N.
ARA purchased ALARA Cantebrea Crossing in 2006 and ALARA Canyon Creek in 2007.
CBRE assisted with the transaction. The portfolio was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale.
