IRVING – Curt Manufacturing, a producer of towing equipment, signed a five-year lease for 103,283 sf of industrial space at 1000 N. 28th Ave.
The lease includes less than half of the 223,000-sf warehouse that was formerly occupied by North American Van Lines.
Lee & Associates represented Curt Manufacturing, while CBRE represented the owner, Clarion Partners.
