AUSTIN – Locally based Capital Commercial Investments has purchased 6800 Burleson Rd., a two-story office and flex building, from DivcoWest.
The 204,346-sf building, known as Building 312, was constructed in 1985. It’s within the Bergstrom Tech Center.
Last renovated in 1995, the property has 15-foot ceiling heights, 188,000 sf of office space, four dock-high loading doors, ESFR sprinkler system, and 820 parking spaces.
6800 Burleson was part of the former Lockheed Martin campus. CCI plans to renovate and re-market the building for lease.
