​​​​​AUSTIN - ​JLL has released its Office Insight and Statistics report for first quarter 2016.

See the report for current market statistics, including inventory, absorption, vacancy, average asking rents and construction. 

Class A and B space is analyzed across all of Austin and in submarkets including the CBD, Downtown, Central, Round Rock, Suburbs and more.

Four properties, representing over 340,000 sf, delivered in 1Q2016 across three submarkets.

The largest deliveries include Research Park Plaza V (173,000 sf) and Domain 1 (125,000 sf).

Collectively, these two properties delivered 38.9 percent leased.

The most anticipated deliveries during 2Q2016 are 5th & Colorado (180,000 sf—CBD), The Arnold (95,000 sf—East), Domain 5 (75,000 sf—NW) and The Lakes at Techridge (40,000 sf—NE).

Collectively, these properties are over 60 percent preleased.
