Richardson’s Jefferson Center sale sets high-water park per unit

The record-breaking sale by JPI is due in part to its list of amenities and sheer size as Jefferson Center is about three times the site size of an average multifamily property with 360 units. 

Jefferson Center, located at 955 W President George Bush Hwy, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 648 sf to 1,550 sf. 

In addition to the sale, another Jefferson project, South Side Flats by Jefferson, a 290-unit apartment community sitting on 3.9 acres in South Side Dallas is now open. 

Jefferson Center offers large parcels of open space and community areas that encourage a sense of neighborhood among its residents including more than 14 acres of greenspace which equates to almost 50 percent of the property site.
