SHERMAN – Sherman Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) has announced a new warehouse development by 75 Partnership LLC located at 4015 Texoma Parkway.
The facility previously housed a go-kart track, but has been vacant for many years.
The building is 20,000 sf and is divided into two sides of 10,000 sf each.
The south portion of the building has already been pre-leased to National Wholesale Supply, a plumbing, PVF, HVAC, and water and sewer industries supplier.
The remaining 10,000 sf is available for lease.
"We are pleased to announce an additional office/showroom facility that is developed within our city," John Plotnik, President of SEDCO stated.
