A New Jersey-based building and home automation technology firm—Crestron Electronics—plans to put a new campus, which will be its second largest campus aside from its headquarters, in Plano's Legacy Tower near The Shops at Legacy.
The new 85,000-sf office will bring hundreds of new research and development, customer support, engineering, manufacturing and IT jobs to Plano.
A spokeswoman said the company expects there to be 250–300 staffers in Legacy West.
"This expansion will help us address the increased demand for our solutions and better serve our customers and partners in the region," said CEO Randy Klein, in a written statement. | Dallas Business Journal
