​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) released home sales facts on April 10, 2016.

  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $205,000, up 5.1 percent from February 2016.
  • Existing single-family home sales increased 25.7 percent from February 2016 for a March 2016 total of 7,231 sold units.
  • Condos decreased in price to $175,000, down 5.4 percent from February 2016.
  • Existing condo sales increased 15.0 percent in March 2016 over February 2016 for a total of 497 sold units.​
