FORT WORTH – Marco Co. has leased more than half of a 628,000-sf industrial building at 1000 Terminal Rd.
The building is part of a Radio Shack portfolio BH Properties purchased last year.
Marco is leasing 318,000 sf. Chain Link Service LP signed a lease last October for the rest of the building.
